Cancellations and refunds

This page summarises billing cancellation and refund routes for Freedom Fone. It should be read with our Terms of Service. Nothing here removes a mandatory right or remedy that applies under the law where you live.

Apple App Store and Google Play purchases

Apple or Google is the merchant for in-app credit packs and subscriptions purchased through its store. Request a store refund through the purchase history or support route for that same Apple ID or Google account. Fortress cannot reverse a store transaction directly, but support can provide service evidence if the store asks.

Cancel an auto-renewing subscription in the device's App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal and normally leaves the paid entitlement active until the end of its current period. Deleting the Freedom Fone account or uninstalling the app does not cancel store billing.

Credits and metered usage

Freedom Fone credits do not expire and have no cash value. Once credit has paid for a completed number period, call minute, message segment, forwarding charge or another delivered carrier service, that consumed amount is normally non-refundable unless the service was defective or the law requires a remedy. Duplicate or incorrect charges caused by our system will be corrected after verification.

Number rentals and Keep Number

A standard number purchase pays for the period displayed before confirmation. Releasing it early stops future renewal but does not automatically refund an already-started carrier period. Keep Number pays for a 12-month reservation beginning after the existing paid period and then renews annually. A price and recurring-renewal warning is shown before activation. If we cannot continue a paid reservation because the carrier withdraws the number, we will provide the remedy required by law and may provide an appropriate pro-rata credit or refund.

Website card or cryptocurrency top-ups

Contact us promptly if a direct website top-up was duplicated, credited to the wrong Freedom Fone account, or not credited after the payment provider marked it successful. Cryptocurrency transfers are generally irreversible, and unsupported assets, wrong networks or wrong destination addresses may be unrecoverable. This does not affect a mandatory remedy for a fault in our own checkout or crediting service.

UK cancellation rights

UK consumers generally have a 14-day cancellation period for qualifying distance contracts. If you expressly ask for a digital or communications service to begin during that period, a proportionate charge may be due for service already supplied; the right may be lost for fully supplied digital content where the legal consent and acknowledgement requirements were met. Request help

Email admin@fortressfreedomphone.co.uk from the registered address. Include the platform, date, amount, product, store order reference and a short explanation. Do not email a password or full card number. We may need a receipt or provider transaction reference to verify the request.
